CJC-1295 (without DAC), also known as Modified GRF 1-29 (Mod GRF 1-29), is a short-acting synthetic analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It is designed to stimulate endogenous growth hormone (GH) release in a pulsatile, physiologically consistent manner. Unlike the DAC-modified version, this variant has a very short half-life, allowing precise control over GH pulses and reducing the risk of receptor desensitization. Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is an FDA-approved synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog designed for treating HIV-associated lipodystrophy. This 44-amino acid peptide with a trans-3-hexenoic acid modification at the N-terminus selectively reduces visceral adipose tissue while preserving subcutaneous fat, making it unique among growth hormone therapies. Approved under the brand name Egrifta, tesamorelin stimulates pulsatile GH release through GHRH receptor binding, elevating IGF-1 and driving selective visceral fat reduction.
