GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1)
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with Cu²⁺) found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. Its endogenous levels decline significantly with age, correlating with reduced regenerative capacity and tissue repair. The peptide has been extensively studied for its role in skin regeneration, wound healing, and anti-aging. Melanotan II (MT-II)
Melanotan II (MT-II) is a synthetic analog of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) that activates multiple melanocortin receptors (MC1R, MC3R, MC4R, MC5R). It was originally developed as a sunless tanning agent but is also associated with effects on sexual arousal and appetite regulation due to broader receptor activity. Unlike Melanotan I, MT-II is non-selective across melanocortin receptors, resulting in both pigmentation effects and systemic neurological and metabolic effects. It produces rapid tanning, often without UV exposure, though minimal UV exposure enhances results.
