The GLOW Protocol is a three-peptide regenerative blend combining GHK-Cu, TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4), and BPC-157. It is designed as a multi-pathway approach to tissue repair, collagen synthesis, and cellular regeneration, with a particular focus on skin and connective tissue.\n\nTypical formulations contain approximately 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg TB-500, and 10mg BPC-157 in a 5:1:1 ratio. While individual peptides have established research backgrounds, no clinical trials have evaluated this specific combination, and all effects remain theoretical based on additive and complementary mechanisms.

Mechanism of Action

The GLOW Protocol integrates three complementary mechanisms: GHK-Cu modulates gene expression and stimulates collagen synthesis; TB-500 enhances cell migration and cytoskeletal repair; and BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and growth factor signalling. Together, these pathways aim to support coordinated tissue regeneration and extracellular matrix remodelling, though this combination has not been clinically validated.
