Order after that, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, and it counts as the next working day's order and leaves the working day after that. A live countdown on each product page and in your basket shows exactly how long is left, so you never have to work it out.

Tracked 48 arrives within two working days of dispatch, Tracked 24 within one, and Special Delivery by 1pm the next working day before 1pm. All three are Royal Mail, all three are tracked end to end, and a signature may be required.

No. We deliver to addresses in Great Britain and Northern Ireland only. Checkout will not accept a non-UK delivery address, and there is no forwarding or export service.

A plain box or mailer with a Royal Mail label. No compound names, no branding and nothing on the outside describing the contents. The return address carries the trading name because a parcel must have one; nothing else identifies what is inside.

You pay now and the item ships when the batch lands with us. Before you pay, the product page and your basket show the date we currently expect that stock, derived from the purchase order it is coming in on. If your basket mixes in-stock and pre-order items you choose at checkout whether to send everything together or release the in-stock part immediately. We email you when a pre-ordered item is ready to leave.

We commission independent third-party laboratory testing across the product range and publish the Certificates of Analysis we hold for tested products and batches. The programme does not yet cover every batch of every compound, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Each product page shows what documentation exists for what you are looking at.

A published certificate is tied to one specific batch, and where that batch has been referenced the reference is printed on the vial label. Enter it on our batch verification page to pull up the document. Where the issuing laboratory provides its own verification key, that is shown too, so the report can be checked against the laboratory rather than against us. Batch referencing does not yet reach every product, so a vial without a reference on the label has nothing to look up.

Then the product page says so. A missing certificate means testing has not been completed or published for that batch — it does not mean a result was withheld. If documentation matters to your work, ask us before ordering which batch you would receive and what exists for it, and we will tell you straight.

We use internal references for stock control, and some published reports are supplier-level analyses whose sample references belong to the manufacturer. So a third-party report may name the supplier's batch rather than the Cedar Peptides code on your vial. Where that applies, the product page states which reference maps to which.

We buy listed research peptides against a minimum standard of 99%. That is a purchasing specification rather than a promise attached to every vial: where a batch has been tested, the figure the laboratory actually recorded appears on that batch’s published certificate, and the recorded figure is the one to rely on.

Keep lyophilised vials at -20 C for long-term storage; they are stable at ambient temperature for the length of a domestic delivery, which is why nothing ships on ice. Once reconstituted, hold solutions at 2-8 C, protect them from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

We publish a reconstitution calculator and technical product data as laboratory reference material, covering concentration, draw volume and U-100 syringe units. That is arithmetic, not protocol design. We do not provide dosing guidance for human or veterinary administration and we do not supply protocols for self-administration; researchers remain responsible for their own study design.

Yes. You must be aged 18 or over to create an account or purchase from us. We ask for a date of birth at registration and use it to determine whether that requirement is met, so an account cannot be created where the details given show someone is under 18. Eligibility is checked again before an order is created. This is an age eligibility check against the information you provide — we do not ask for identity documents.

You can pay by card or with Pay by Bank — powered by Fena. With Pay by Bank, choose your bank and approve the payment securely in your banking app or online banking, with no card details to enter anywhere. Your order is completed only after Cobalt receives confirmation that payment was successful.

The methods on offer rotate periodically. It is a deliberate security measure that protects payment details and keeps every option available for future orders, and it is not a sign of a problem with your account. If a method you have used before is not showing, another one will be.

No. You can check out as a guest with an email address, a delivery name and your date of birth, which we need because these products are sold to over-18s only. An account keeps your orders, addresses, certificates and support history in one place, and you can create one afterwards and have the order linked to it.

Quantity discounts apply automatically at checkout where a compound qualifies, and they need no code. For larger procurement, purchase orders or a formal quotation, contact support and we will price it properly rather than pointing you at the catalogue.
